Rogers HiSpeed vs Lite

I have been on HiSpeed for a long time now but am wanting to cut down costs.
Can anyone tell me, is the Lite version of any value or does it suck rocks?
How much slower than Hispeed is it or how much faster than dial up is it?

Rogers sucks anyway, they block a huge list of ports and having them admit
that is like pulling teeth.

most recently I found I could not connect to my VPN. Seems they are blocking
that port too. I called and talked with 1st then second level support, then
the Server team.

Knobs aren't even aware they are blocking the 1700 series ports. he gave me
a huge list, I laughed, hung up and notified all clients to switch to bell,
who blocks nothing!

Bell has a much better price right now anyway, and is a heck of a lot more
reliable.

Rogers does everything as an after thought and I don't know about you, but
while welding the doors to my house shut and cementing all the windows may
make me safe, I am not willing to live with the decreased functionality.

Try Bell for 3 months, won't cost you much different than Rogers LOW speed
anyway.
