I was a great proponent of the CSH but not any more. I have just had the second bad experience with them. they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COOK A STEAK. When you cut a steak the juices should run, but not if when it is on the grill you keep sticking a fork into it to find if it is done. Also the steak was not the most tender in the world Brian Fairey ps is it possible that the Widemans dont own it anymore?

I used to like charcoal steak house, but stopped going almost 5 years ago because of this exact reason. I could cook a better steak myself with a fresh steak from farmer's market on my bbq.
Unfortunately there aren't a lot of good steak places in town. My sister seems to like the Golf steak house, and I admit the steak is better, but I don't like the rest of the restaurant.
