Charcoal Steak House

I was a great proponent of the CSH but not any more.
I have just had the second bad experience with them.
they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COOK A STEAK.
When you cut a steak the juices should run, but not if
when it is on the grill you keep sticking a fork into it
to find if it is done. Also the steak was not the most tender in the
world

I used to like charcoal steak house, but stopped going almost 5 years
ago because of this exact reason. I could cook a better steak myself
with a fresh steak from farmer's market on my bbq.

Unfortunately there aren't a lot of good steak places in town. My
sister seems to like the Golf steak house, and I admit the steak is
better, but I don't like the rest of the restaurant.
