Dear friends,          First of all sorry for the break downs in communication.Dear friends,i am in a little busy,but i had a conversation with Mrs Swarnalatha teacher yesterday(27-6-2012) in the school.They already started noon feeding for this year. For this time there will be four  lady teachers who will be responsible for noon feeding.But friends, we will communicate the things to Sreekumar mash and he will convey the same to these teachers. One more thing is that Swarnalatha teacher asked me about changing the vessel that they  are now using to prepare the rice,bcoz now they are preparing the rice two times to serve the pupil. So they are planning to change the vessel to bigger one,for this teacher asked me whether we can contribute some money for the same.This will cost around Rs4500/- or above.Dear friends,can we give a share for the same? I need suggestions from all of you,those who are accessible to this mail. I will try to call each one of you in personal(Not sure). Dear Friends,

 

Hope all are doing good and still alive. Happy to see that 40% of the crowd is responding.I am sharing a few experiances based on my lab assistant job which was happened earlier.

 

1) Majority of the Govt High schools are charging 400rs-1000rs as a PTA Fund in each and every year. Only the ST/ST students were getting discounts in this PTA Fund.

2) Each and every year they will gets an average strength of 60-150 students(New Joiners). They will get an average of (150*400)60,000rs in each and every year.(60000*Number of years).

 

I do agree that they are having their own expences(Electricity,Water,Youth Festivals etc) on frequent intervels. But you can assume how much are they paying for all those things. I think, the school authorities are misusing our unity. Honestly i am telling you i am against the funding for the below mentioned concern. Do you think they are not having enough money even to buy a vessel? Offcource yes, But no one is ready to take the risk. For each and every bulk purchase in the stationery items the authorities are getting a 1 to 5%commision according to the bargaining capacity of the authority.  Dont feel that i am a -ve thinker and if all of you are agreeing with the funding process i am also with you. We can extend the noon feeding for minimum 2 months with this amount. Pls reply me which one do you prefer?

 

You want to help the School Authorities OR  The poor students who is not having enough money for the Food

Dear friends,buying or replacing the vessels is the responsibility of the school authority and PTA. So i am with Mr.Rajeesh's suggestion. Please reply with that guts just like Rajeesh. I agree with Rajeesh's point...Let us take a firm stand this time...A response to Bipin's qn on what we are doing currently and why? 2 reasons - 

1. We are reunited and together once again..there is a unique bonding among all of us...i never get a feeling like we are separated for 15 years. it is just as fresh as yesterday...MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED BY THIS ACTIVITY..WHAT A BETTER WAY THAN TO START FROM THE VERY SAME SCHOOL..

2. Enabling the poor and needy and be an inspiration to the students to take up such things when they are earning. - NOT SURE TO HOW MUCH EXTENT THIS HAS REACHED STUDENTS..THOUGH  I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN THE LIGHT OF THIS EVENT IN THE EYES OF CERTAIN VERY GOOD TEACHERS..THEY ALWAYS TALK ABOUT THIS AND EXPRESS THEIR HAPPINESS.

        BUT THE THING TO DEVELOP THE MESSAGE IN OTHER CHILDREN WHEN THEY GROWN UP, IS DESERVING CRITICISM.

WHY?

YOU KNOW, WE ARE SPREADING A GOOD MESSAGE AS WE SHOULDN'T FORGET OUR PAST , SCHOOL OR FRIENDS.

BUT , THE SAME WAY, SHOWING HOW A RIDICULOUS PLAY WHICH MAY INVITE A LOT OF CRITICISM AMONG THE YOUTH.
THEN , THE QUESTION ARISE, WHY MYSELF IS AS A PART OF THIS , REASON IS THE FORMER AND I EXPRESSED THIS AT THE STARTING.
