subscription for the month of October 2012 - Last weekend gathering..updates

Hi Everyone,

I have made a transfer of Rs200 for the month of October 2012. Please find the screenshot below. We met last weekend at school. We were 6 of us...Vinesh, Myself, Ramkumar, Ranjith, Sujith & Gopan..It was a quiet meeting. Had also got a chance to interact with HM - Swarnalatha teacher and Sreekumar sir. Though our beliefs were that sanctions were pouring a lot from Govt nowadays, the facts that HM brought were strikingly different & surprising. They expressed their happiness in our contributions and said that it is helping them a lot as most of the Govt Grants have stopped now. Coming to our functioning, we had not paid our subscription amount for the last 3 months due to various reasons. We settled all our dues on last sunday. It is noticeable that only 7-10 members are actively contributing to the cause.

We need to participate a little more rigorously in order to continue the mission, there is no demand & compulsion with anyone. It can be voluntary..but those who are willing to do, my humble request is at least try to know what is happening around your contributions once in a while..i mean an interaction over phone/person once in a while..it feels great if that is being done..

Hi all,

 

 

We can think of these activities:

1. Move to Facebook and each member can suggest this GROUP page to others allowing others to contribute as facebook is more popular now.

2.If the current amout per person is not sufficient , try raising it a couple of hunderds.

3. Get confirmation from people for yearly contribution through the Standing instructions so that we need not bother about the one year.Else insufficient funds will cause headaches.

 

These are my humble suggestions.
