resigning from management committee

i am seriously considering resigning from the management
committee due to not having the personality to get things done.
i supported the idea of setting up the anti discrimination sub
committee which was rejected by some at the agm.
i felt that it would have resolved issues kvin members had
including issues that are known to some within the group who know
me and also by another member who i know from the dewsbury and
batley group when i went to the lake district a few years ago.
if i feel my single status hasn't changed due to these same
issues and there is no positive movement on the anti
discrimination sub committee i will step down from the management
committee either on the 22nd of june, my birthday or the 31 july
when my sister gets married at the latest.
i will be attending the next meeting assuming it still goes ahead
in april and despite me not being an outspoken person like those
who have ruined my relationships i am willing to repeat my threat
to resign from the management committee unless i find a
girlfriend in the next few months with or without that female
being a kvin member or not.

I think that if you are going to resign, you should do it at the next meeting in April. If it is
cancelled, and not rescheduled until after April, you should resign by email before April 30th.

If Michael resigns from the KVIN committee I will withdraw my membership in
support of his decision.
I am disappointed that the KVIN committee does not support its members in
the setting up of an antidiscrimination sub committee.
