Date For AGM

    Hi,

we need to find a date and time which is suitable enough to get maximum attendance and would like to know if posponing the meeting until early in the New Year will be preferable in order for us to achieve this. 

We have the room at VAK  on a Friday so this would assist us by not having to make an alternative room booking but the meeting needs to be between 9  am and 4 pm to achieve this. 

Alternatively, we could try and find a room on another day but with the demand for meeting rooms now getting scarce within the council relating to their policy of hot-desking,  this may be more difficult.

What do people think and can we agree on a time that is suitable  to achieve maximum attendance?

We could go for a Friday early in January  if that's most suitable to people or please suggest alternatives  in order to achieve this.

I am NOT available on 8 Jan

but currently can do the other Fridays in January (15 Jan, 22 Jan and 29 Jan).

No. The office closes at 4 so we'll be against the clock. The latest the meeting can start is 2:00.
I think a 12 or 1 PM start may be better.
