CPR for XIIA, KVIITM

Dear Parents (Class XII A, KV IITM),

We like to introduce ourselves to you all. We are the CPR (Class parent representatives) for XII A for this academic year. Unlike last year, this year two CPRs are there for each class ie.; i) Non IIT parent representative and ii) IIT parent representative.

Last year Prof. Suraish Kumar has done a wonderful job. We thank him for all the good work. Hope we will be able to continue the good work . For this, we need all your help and cooperation . The first CPR meeting was held on 20th of July, 2013. (The min of the meeting is enclosed along with this mail). The Principal informed us that every 3rd Saturday, he is planning to have the CPR meetings. Kindly let us know your views/suggestions to improve the quality of education in KVIITM and specially for class XIIA. You also please inform us any specific problems faced by the children of class XIIA so that we can discuss these issues in the CPR meetings and together find a solution.
We are planning to use the same yahoo group mail id created by Prof. Suraish Kumar last year. If anybody's name is missing from the list, and if you notice it, kindly let us know.

Circular. No.11 , 2013-14 Date: 29.07.2013

Sub: Regional Sports Meet – Arrangements of class 31.07.2013 to 2.08.2013.
Since, Vidyalaya is hosting Regional Swimming Meet in which around 200 participants will be attending and we have to make boarding and lodging arrangements. The following arrangement for classes is proposed.
1. 30th July 2013 will be half working day for all the classes.
2. On 31.07.2013, 1.08.2013 and 2.08.2013 only class X, XI and XII will function (from 8.15 am to 11.15 am only). Other classes are suspended for 3 days (31.07.2013, 1.08.2013 and 2.08.2013).
