Hi everyone,
All okay I hope. Apologies for the rather late email. Have been swamped all week and out of town for a little while but back tomorrow. 

We need a host for this week. Anyone able to take us in? And a facilitator too :)

All our regular hosts are either work busy or have family matters to attend to.

There's no pressure to cook or provide a meal in case you're not able to. We can easily do a potluck or just tea/coffee or water.  :)  We just need a space to meet. 

Been meaning to send out doc. to help organise hosting / facilitating until Dec holidays. Will send one before the end of the week.

Hi all

 

My dad is really ill and the doctors can no longer do anything for him. He is very anaemic and the cancer has spread throughout his body. I am flying to Sydney on Saturday afternoon as they are saying he doesnt have long to live. I will be gone throughout Dec and Jan. Please pray...its come as a huge shock as he was fine until a month ago and we expected him to live for another couple of years. He also needs salvation

 

Im a bit of a mess and would appreciate being kept on the email list even though i havent made it to homegroup in like forever

Hi all, 

Looks like we won't be having HG this evening as alas we have no host.  Seeing as the holidays are very nearly here and given how busy everyone still is, I suggest we call it a year. 

However, this would not be the last we would see of one another, a Christmas get together mid-December (Wednesday 17th) would be lovely I think. And would give us all an opportunity to catch up and share one last supper (lol, no pun intended). We can have a secret Santa; party till we drop (jokes :-) ) But  in all seriously, it would be really nice to see everyone or at least those who will be in town. 

Let me know what you think. We can cook, share gifts, listen to great music, fun...

Woke up today to some terrifying news in Sydney and I remembered Angela travelled home couple of weeks back. I hope that all is well with you. In our prayers
