DAY 1
Arrive Andaman - Airport, Cellular Jail, Water Sports Complex, Sound & Light show at Cellular Jail
Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and transfer to hotel. Relax and rest at the hotel and after lunch visit
the famous Cellular Jail*(a witness to the freedom struggle - Closed Mondays) and then visit the Water Sports Complex. In
the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show (at 1800 hrs or 1900 Hrs, depending on light and sound
show ticket availability) at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.
Only on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, first show will be in Hindi & second show will be in English and rest other days both
shows will be in Hindi. Also note Sound & Light Show tickets will be booked for Hindi by default until or unless specifically
mentioned for English Show.
DAY 2
Journey to Havelock by Ferry from Port Blair and visit Radhanagar Beach at Havelock
Departure by ferry from Port Blair – Havelock. The ferry takes 2.5 hrs to reach Havelock. On arrival
proceed to selected hotel and in the evening visit Beach No 7* (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by
Time Magazine.
Return back to hotel to relax and unwind. (Kindly remind hotel to provide packed breakfast at Port Blair since the same is
not included at Havelock).
NOTE: No transfers included to Radhanagar beach, if guest staying at Barefoot Resort / TSG Blue
DAY 3
Havelock: Excursion to Elephant Beach
(Car will come at 0700 hrs and please ensure you are ready as the boat will leave at 0830 hrs and it is a further 10 min drive
away to the boat) Embark on the most memorable trip for water sports activity at extra cost
It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white
sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth
of about 1 metre. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life.
Note: Inclusive of car pick up and drop to jetty. (The trip may be changed to light house subject to weather conditions and visibility)
(Do note that incase guest is delayed for Elephant Beach No Refund will be offered if the boat has left)
Water activities at extra cost on direct payment basis
DAY 4
Ferry from Havelock - Neil Island. Overnight at Neil.
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to the jetty to board the Private ferry to Neil Island. Upon
arrival, transfer to the Hotel in Neil Island and check-in. Set out for a sightseeing trip to Laxmanpur Beach and Bharatpur
Beach in the evening. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Neil Island.
DAY 5
Ferry from Neil Island – Port Blair. Overnight at Port Blair
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to the jetty. Board the boat for Port Blair. On reaching, check-in to
the Hotel at Port Blair and relax and unwind.
DAY 6
Departure
Depart Port Blair with Fond memories of these mesmerizing Islands.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1) Cancellations received 32 days or more before commencement of itinerary: 95% refund, except flights where cancellation charges applied by carrier airline + Rs. 500 per ticket processing charge will be deducted.
2) No refund for flights in case of flight inclusive packages or flights booked under allotment, all such tickets will be non-changeable and non-transferable.
3) Cancellations received from 32 days until 16 days prior to commencement of itinerary: No refund for hotel charges and flights. However, 75% refund will be given for transport charges for bookings up to 5 persons. In case of groups (6 persons and above), 50% refund will be given.
4) No refund for any services will be given for travel commencing during peak season 15th December – 15th January, both days inclusive.
5) No refunds for unused nights, early check-outs, missed meals or transport usage occurring during travel.
6) No refunds would be offered against ferry tickets, beyond 16 days prior to commencement of travel. Any amendment or cancellation, prior to 16 days will be charged on actual. All ferry tickets will be non-changeable and non-transferable.
POINTS TO NOTE FOR GOVERNMENT FERRY:
v Please note that whereas we undertake to provide you with a place on the sailing, a fixed seat is sometimes not possible and you may have to travel on deck. By default we book only the base category in Government Ferry.
v Ferry timings are subject to change at the government's discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in schedule owing to the same, although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you with commensurate back-up options in case you are stranded for (say) the first night at Port Blair and the cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest.
v For all foreign national the RAP is required to book tickets and hence can only be bought after your arrival subject to availability. Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket.
v In case of foreign nationals/NRI/OCI tickets can only be bought after you land since the RAP number is mandatory to book the tickets and hence we cannot guarantee availability of tickets. In case you would like a guaranteed ticket you should book a flight that allows you to connect to Makruzz which departs at 0815 hrs from PB- Havelock for which we can book tickets one month in advance. For Indian nationals tickets can be booked only 02 days in advance and all tickets and seats are subject to availability. We require a ID proof of all Indian Nationals. We do arrange tickets as per guest preference and there are only one or two times a year when we are unable to arrange the same and we will be liable only to the value of the ticket.
v We merely assist guest with transfers and incase of non availability of tickets or cancellations our liability is limited to the value of the ticket. We will certainly assist in arranging alternates and offer the same to the guest payment for which can be made directly.
POINTS TO NOTE FOR MV MAKRUZZ/ COASTAL CRUISE:
v Kindly note that we do not guarantee the sailing of MV Makruzz/ Coastal Cruise and incase it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same. Our liability is only to value of the Makruzz/ Coastal Cruise ticket and if any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to made we will not be liable for it.
v Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and incase the same is not available, we shall try and block you either on the ‘DELUXE’ or ‘ROYAL’ category and the difference for the same can be paid on arrival. We offer to book only the base category in our standard package.
