Absolutely not been able to get the text

Followed every step in this tutorial:

First, there is no setting for the BAUD Rate in my config.h as said in that instructions.
Second, after uploading the font, there is nothing happening in my video googles, still just a grey screen. I am using a Fat Shark Base SD and everything else is set up properly as it should be. If I connect a camera to it, the video googles show me the Live picture.
If I connect the Video TX to the Video Out and GND Pin of my Minim OSD and upload the font, the picture stays grey.
The instructions say:

On KVT 2.2 GUI the font upload should take approximately 30 seconds to complete the task, at the end this is the screen you´l see (voltage and RSSI blinking):

NOTE: This process should put you up and running. If not, clear your EEPROM with this sketch and repeat.

I've cleared the EEPROM several times and reuploaded it like 10 times. Still no way to get any font on the screen.
