Dear BSK members,

Greetings!

Managing Committee with our supporting sub-committee members invites all BSK members for our 1st program "Bunta Sammilana 2019" at the Wafra Chalet on 5th April, 2019. As mentioned in our previous email, we have planned food and games stall along with additional games for adults and kids. The togetherness with the music and performances by our members will definitely help to boost your mood. So join the groove and drive your way to the chalet for this fun-filled event. 

We have arranged 2 bus of 45 seater each to pick up members from 3 places who have confirmed the bus drive, unfortunately we can't have pickups from every source point due to the time constraints. We hope you will understand us better, The 1st pickup point shall be Khaitan Indian Community School, the bus will arrive there at 6:30 am and depart at 6:45 am, the bus shall then proceed to Salmiya Garden (Opp. Wahed Falafel Restaurant), departure from Salmiya shall be at 7:20 am. The other bus shall depart from Mangaf Opp. Sultan Centre at 7:45 am. The evening drop shall be accordingly the same.

For members using their private vehicle, we humbly request you with family to reach the venue at 9:30 am, so we all can seamlessly go with the program flow for the day.
