I definitely have the soldering skills. I have soldered literally thousands of parts. Not so much any more as I am no longer a technician, although I did have to solder 24 connections last week for 4 XLR cables.
I have the first version of Aeros, and I keep getting phone text promotions enticing me to buy the gold edition from Singular Sound but without indicating the reason to switch!
The color and clickiness switch just does not matter to me.
I was wondering if there was a way to delete a track on the current part during playback?
Or even after you saved the song at least, can you delete a track on a part (to remove an unwanted/unused track)?

Got a bottle for my 40th birthday after mentioning I loved hot food.
Used it as a dip with my pizza and my goodness it's nice, but mega hot.
It was bearable whilst eating, but 5 mins after and I had to go and brush my teeth.
Seriously hot sauce for people who seriously like hot food. I love it

Our Master Distillers, Ian MacMillan and Brendan McCarron, have created this exceptional whiskey by carefully selecting Char 1 and Char 3 ISC barrels and using only the finest ingredients and techniques. They hand-picked only 10 barrels that met their impeccable standards and ensured that the liquid with a rating of 4.5/5 or better deserved a place in this limited edition. With only 2544 bottles available worldwide, this whiskey is truly a rare and exceptional find.
Nose: Vanilla double cream, chili flakes and cracked black pepper.
Taste: Black cherries, wood char, honey and chili then eucalyptus. Oily mouthfeel and a lot of spicy flavor at the end.
Finish: Long rich, oily spicy.
Another obvious triumph for the Macklowe Whiskey brand, which continues to expand upon and enhance the fast-growing American Single Malt Whiskey subcategory. An elegant, if restrained American whiskey treat.
I moved from FSX Gold to FSX:SE several years ago. My setup is much more stable - I've never had an OOM or CTD since moving to Steam Edition. I've got loads of addons enabled, including scenery, weather engines and TrackIR, and I get a very smooth experience with texture set at 1024 or 2048 and a LOD radius of 6.5 while flying some fairly complex aircraft, e.g. iFly 737.
I can personally recommend moving to FSX:SE - and there's lots of threads on AVSIM from a few years back which said the same thing. It's an improvement over FSX Gold - no doubt about it. It offers me such a good simming experience that I'm not yet interested in moving to any other sim platform. You can usually get FSX:SE in a sale for 5 to 10: it's definitely worth trying at that price.
Can you increase the RAM to 16 GB? I've always found 8 GB to be low for a FSX computer (boxed or SE). Your graphic card is just fine (my GTX 970 has 1 GB too). RAM and your processor (you want 4 GHz if possible) are the current bottlenecks. I myself have only used the Steam edition but I am in little hurry to upgrade to Prepar3D v.4.
This is not correct, FSX-SE will run much better. So if someone is not going to switch to P3D from FSX, then they should at least switch to FSX-SE, because the Steam Edition of FSX will work better on 64 Bit operating systems and be more stable too. Differences between FSX and FSX-SE include, but are not limited to the following...
Actually, there is no such thing in so far as a Version of FSX that you're running. FSX Gold was a marketing package, inside is FSX Deluxe and FSX Acceleration, only one of which can be installed at a time. So you've been using either FSX Deluxe or FSX Acceleration, depending on which you decided to install. Why is this important? Because if you installed FSX Deluxe, it's possible that you might not have installed Service Pack 1 and 2, and that would also make a difference in performance.
Assuredly! But how much performance increase might you see? It depends on your system. Generally speaking, the newer the processor and graphics card the more of a difference you're like to see (at least until you reach the higher end systems - it's a statistics thing).
You can install any of your exisiting FSX stuff in FSX-SE and you don't really need to worry about anything else if you have FSX-SE, since the Steam version essentially includes all of the add-ons that were part of any other versions of FSX or were add-on disks for it.
After installing Deluxe you then make a decision to install SP1 & SP2, or Acceleration, which contains the fixes from SP1 & SP2. Some people go for Acceleration. Me I went with SP1 & SP2 because I didn't care about the additional features of Acceleration.
Unfortunately, your computer is really at the bottom of the specs to run FSX. I'm sure the Steam Edition will run a little better and be more stable, but a 2.8 GHz CPU is quite slow for the CPU hungry flight simulator.
Unfortunately a new PC is not an option at this time. I just bought a car in full and need to wait. You guys are right, my system is not optimum and to really enjoy the effects of FS I need a high end system. Is there a new version of FSX SE or can I download any version?
Resident Evil Village: Gold Edition is most certainly the definitive edition of this game that has something for new and old players! Playing with the new third-person perspective mode completely changes the combat and camera control. Subtitles have been improved to include speaker names and captions are now available.
If disabled gamers with fine-motor skill impairments are hoping for a reprieve from the fast-paced combat of Resident Evil Village, they can think again. Gold Edition has kept the controls virtually the same from the original game. There are fully customizable control options for the mouse and keyboard, but the same limited aim assist is still here as a double edged-sword because of its lack of consistency.
There are still three different difficulty settings to choose from in the game, and they are Casual, Standard, and Hardcore mode. I would recommend Casual difficulty for any disabled gamer because there are many difficult moments with waves of endless enemies.
Most of the accessibility added in Gold Edition will benefit Deaf/HoH players. Like I mentioned earlier, the accessibility options tab has a ton of new ways to customize subtitles. Subtitle size can be changed from Normal to Large with a noticeable increase, and subtitle colors can be changed to yellow. Subtitle opacity can now be activated with a nice dark background. There are even three different presets for opacity that can be tested out instantly. Speaker names can now be turned on if need be, which will give deaf players much more context in the story.
Having captions will be a game changer for many when deciding to pick up this edition of the game. One of my biggest gripes about the original Resident Evil Village game were the lack of captions and the phone icon (this allowed deaf players to know when a phone was ringing) which was strangely missing since the last game. Thankfully, I believe Capcom completely remedied this with the new captions in Gold Edition.
Not only does the Gold Edition of Resident Evil Village bring new accessibility options, but it also has new story DLC. Shadows of Rose continues the story from the end of the original game, and it carries over all the controls and accessibility. The difference is that I only had the option to play in third-person when playing the DLC and first-person in Mercenaries mode.
