As you may be aware, the Government of India has enacted the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (the “Act”) and the Act has come into force from October 2, 2006.

 

We request you to confirm whether your organization is registered under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. If your organization is registered under the Act, please specify the category i.e., Micro Enterprise, Small Enterprise or Medium Enterprise under which it is registered and kindly send a copy of your registration certificate.
