Hope you might be at ease after the busy filling season.We are going to conduct a seminar for FMB's and SME's  in the coming month where about 30 to 40 FMB's are expected to participate,  wherein we are looking for one speaker on "Do's and Dont's when raided by IT" .Please do suggest a suitable resource person who is experienced in same.

As you might be well aware that finance plays a major role in determining the survival let alone the growth of business.

We have been in the business of syndication for last about a decade .We help clients to achieve a balance in their Debt Equity structure and hence reduce risk and cost of funds .

However , we are not a DSA of any bank .We charge a small success fee for our work .We help clients to raise Debt in all its forms including exotic products and also help in raising Private Equity .Our USP in PE deals is that we dont charge any amount upfront not even for preparing the "Investment Memorandum " i.e IM .We only charge a success fee.

I normally tell my clients that they "Create Value by doing business and Unlock value by getting a equity partner"
