HTTP_PROXY_URL setting

Hi Group,
      Did any one of you guys have used  HTTP_PROXY_URL or  HTTPS_PROXY_URL? If yes which file need to be tweaked for it?

In 1.4 the HTTP_PROXY_URL setting is used by URLDataRetriever, whose config values are passed on by the DataModel. Configurations for DataModel are done separately for each instance, so you don't have one monolithic configuration for all feeds. This configuration can be found in (or added to) many separate files, but one convention that the built-in modules typically follow is to put DataModel configurations in the feeds.ini or feeds-*.ini file.

The [data_controller] section in site.ini is still respected in 1.4 it will be applied to all DataModel arguments (and thus forwarded to all retrievers including the URLDataRetriever).
