Need help getting the Kurogo Virtual Machine to work

I'm very new to the Kurogo framework. I just downloaded the Kurogo Virtual Machine file and run it under VMware Player. I just wanted to see what it does and some of its features. I've seen no video tutorials anywhere on YouTube. As far as the documentation goes, I do not see information regarding Kurogo Virtual Machine. I am stock at the localhost login screen. Any information leading to the successful launching of Kurogo Virtual Machine is appreciated.

I require some help on the DB access and storage of  photos/videos.. Please let me know if you have done any R&D work on this!!
