Why fix-opusdec is not merged into master

Hi everybody, Hi Kurento team

Thank you a lot for the platform you are developing!

On our setup we were experiencing audio quality issues with opus codec
And recently realized there are `fix-opusdec` branch on `Kurento/gst-plugins-base` git repo which drastically improves audio quality of our conferences.

So we wonder why this branch haven't merged into `master` and is not available on regular 6.xx Kurento releases? We either have to use outdated fix-opusdec docker image or to build our custom docker image to use fixes provided by the branch.

It's because Kurento moved on to version 7.0.0 and we're now using the system-provided version of GStreamer (1.16, on Ubuntu 20.04), so we don't have to support any more our own legacy forks of a very old GStreamer version (1.8)
