openh264-gst-plugins-bad-1.5 install error

Hello, I'm tryingi to install  openh264-gst-plugins-bad-1.5, but it always show error. Maybe someone can help?

Have you tried to execute sudo apt-get update first?

Are you using ubuntu 14.04 or ubuntu 16.04?
