Nat traversal problem

Hello, 
im trying to run the tutorial examples in the office but we are not getting any video stream back, i tried at home and it works perfectly, im using a stun server which i found on the list so after a while trying to find what is the problem we realized that we are behind two NAT and that might be the problem, sometimes when i try at the office kurento will start sending internal ip address(see attachment).

is there anything i can do to avoid this? maybe should i try with more stun servers(which already did)?

i already used these ip(stun):

173.194.66.127:19302
173.194.71.127:19302
74.125.200.127:19302
74.125.204.127:19302
173.194.72.127:19302

Have you tried with a TURN server also? 

I suggest trying Coturn (have a look at the docs to learn how to configure it) or using a free one and passing it to the options when creating your pipeline on the client side.
