Hi,

The supported release is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. There are some mails in the list about people installing Kurento on Debian an CentOS, but nothing on Mac. You have two options that are far more easy:
  • Virtualise an Ubuntu server in your Mac Mini and install Kurento there. This comes with a price in performance, of course.
  • Run the server somewhere else, and just use the Mac Mini to store the files. You can configure the recorder endpoint to record the file in a URL, so that might be a network folder, for instance.
Hope that helps!

HI,

thank you for your voluble suggestions.i will use one of the method you suggested.

My recorded videos quality is poor ( webm file). The recorded video gets burled or freezes when there is more movement in recording.
I am using HD web cam only...

Is there any way so that i can increase the quality of video for recording.

Thank you in advance...

How are you sending the media to the server? Via webrtc? And also, which version are you using?
