IceConnectionStateChange -> Disconnected

Hi everybody
I have a problem with my Kurento Media Server project
where I have a response "IceConnectionStateChange -> Disconnected" from streaming kurento media server

Here I have 2 servers, one using Synology NAS, the other using QNAP NAS
Previously, I installed kurento media server on Synology NAS docker and installed kurento media server on QNAP Container Station

On the Docker Synology NAS, Kurento runs perfectly and can display CCTV Streaming, with IP Address: 192.168.1.11:49156 because it is port forwarding from Kurento, which is 8888 and uses wss://192.168.1.1:49156/kurento as RTSP Server

However, on QNAP NAS, cctv cannot appear, even though the ice connection is already Connected
but after few seconds iceConnectionStateChange changed to -> disconnected
IP Address on QNAP NAS running on IP 192.168.1.12:49154
and using wss://192.168.1.12:49154/kurento as RTSP Server

What's wrong with my Kurento media server settings?
