Node JS applications where is TURN/STURN servers

I am using https://github.com/Kurento/kurento-tutorial-node

I don't see any ice servers reference ,  does this still requires a  turn/sturn servers?  because it appeared to be working fine without referring any turn/sturn servers.

Turn/Stun is neccessary if the peers are not able to connect directly to the kms server. So even if your test case works, other peers might need to use Turn/Stun for the connection https://youtu.be/_4FkRf9utSc
