Can we use Kurento for 1 to billion viewers broadcasting with millions of sessions?

I have done a lot of research before getting started with any media server. But I'm not able to find proper answer.

I am not afraid of necessary cost but want to deep dive before getting started. Can you please tell me if I should start working with Kurento or not?

If it is possible, can you please guide me what tools we may need for such scaling? So, that we can get started with Kurento.
