Kurento Media Server installation

Hello all,

I am new to Kurento, i just got to know about it just few hours ago and i've been reading about it for people use for a project/app with NodeJs. Sorry if my question has already been answered in the past but i can't seem to find a direct answer. Can Kurento Media Server be installed on a Microsoft Windows OS?

Seems to not, you can check the documentation here.
But you can "cheat" by installing an Ubuntu 14.04 virtual machine on your windows OS and install KMS on it :)

Hi Kyrylo, have you tried to use windows version of kms with recording video to file (as it is made in one of tutorials)?

I'm trying to do such a thing, but I'm getting:

(kurento-media-server.exe:7296): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: g_object_set_valist: object class 'GstAppSrc' has no property named '\u0002'
