What are the possible ways and what could be roadmap for FOSS implementation?

Namaste to all Pioneers of KUOSC,
As I scrolled down the discussions of KUOSC google group, I was surprised to land here back to 2006. This is so amazing to see the enthusiasm and contribution of senior volunteers of KUOSC towards FOSS Movement. We will take this as an inspiration to work harder in upcoming days.
I just find it interesting to add a comment to this question which is, we have been able to establish E-Libraries in 35+ E-Libraries of Nepal continuing from your initiation time at Deukhuri, Dang many years ago. This can be considered as great achievement of KUOSC.
Now on the KUOSC is focusing on content development for the elibraries so that government schools can learn the ICT education more efficiently.
KUOSC , KUCC, FOSS NEPAL CHEERS !!!
