Hey guys

I received lots of messages and phone calls today from my beloved frisbee folks wishing me luck at the tournament, which i am truly grateful.

Thanks for caring about my knee and being supported, you guys are awesome.

Hopefully you guys will have a nice frisbee pick up this weekend as well.

Laurens or Paul, you guys should probably send an email to let ppl know about the schedule.

Good luck Roldy! Knock 'em dead. I actually cannot make it to frisbee today, and I'm not sure if people are playing, but I would love to play on Sunday! Who is down?

While Roldy is kicking ass in Nanjing let's keep the Kunming fire alive.
Count me in for Sunday.
On Friday I made the mistake of going to the field before checking any
e-mails, so I am stoked to get a game going.
