gateways, homebrew and RubyKaigi

Greetings and cool project, along with MessagePack :-)

kumofs' gateways call to mind the architecture of using memcached with
moxi (http://labs.northscale.com/moxi/) -- does kumo-gateway currently
support front caching or other features similar to moxi, or is this
planned?

As an aside, I've created a Homebrew formula for kumofs (it was quite
straightforward), so OS X users who are homebrew-savvy may be able to
install with simply `brew install kumofs` soon. I've opened a ticket
to have this merged upstream, but anyone who wants to check it out in
the meantime can do so here:
