Job Description:

Job Role                               : .Net Developer

Location                               : New York City(Locals Preferred)

Position Type                      : Contract

Rate                                      : Market

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of the .Net based utility
• Design and Development of code used to extract data from source structures and prepare it for delivery to metadata of Business Objects (Business Objects System Database) or vice versa
• Design and Development of reports, analytics and visualizations using any and all tools supported in the environment
• Participate in the ongoing refinement of report infrastructure based on lessons learned from report development process and or other team members
• Act as an active and engaged member of Agile software development teams

 

 

Required Qualifications:

•        Intermediate Level SQL Server programming skills (competency exam is administered)

•        2+ years Development/Testing tools – .net and Unit Testing Frameworks (MS testing Frameworks)

•        2+ years of Batch Script experience (Powershell/Shell Scripting)

•        2+ years RDBMS SQL or MS SQL Server transact-SQL experience

•        RDBMS SQL experience mandatory.

•        Minimum of a four-year college degree in computer science, IS or related field

•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•        Solid analytical and technical skills

•        Ability to clearly document implementation processes

•        Excellent organizational and time management skills

•        Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience working with Jenkins and Git

·         Experience working with data from clinical data management systems, preferably Medidata Rave

·         Experience working with Business Objects/SDK

·         Experience working with AWS

·         Beginner to Intermediate Level Experience working with Business Objects 4.0 or 4.1

·         Experience working in an agile environment
