Oct. 30th from 4-6pm - KUMC Family Ministries present: Trunk or Treat Community Event - Join us in the Society of St. Stephen parking lot across from the church and bring your decorated car, chairs and children. We’ll have costume contests, a parade and much more. All from the community are welcomed. · Sun. Nov. 6th @ 4pm - CD Release Benefit Concert - Deborah Wedekind, whose new CD Clear Skies Ahead, will perform a benefit concert for Society of St. Stephen and KUMC Missions. Nov. 13th @ 7:15am - Men’s Fellowship Breakfast - Starting in October, The Fellowship Breakfast will be repeating the “Quest” series on Spiritual Warfare along with some great food. The difference here is that unlike Quest, women are invited and encouraged to come. Join us Sunday mornings in the gym each second Sunday for the fellowship breakfast. Nov. 13th All Day - Society of St. Stephens 30th Anniversary Celebration - It’s hard to believe that SOSS has been a major part of the Kingwood community, reaching far beyond its walls, for so long. Come to the Family Outreach Center on this day and celebrate lives changed with us. · Sat. Nov. 19th - 1st Annual Turkey Trot Fun Walk/Run & Family Day - The fun here is longer than the name. Nov. 20th - Thanksgiving Feast and Prep - Men, join your neighbors for KUMC’s Thanksgiving Feast this Sunday evening and bring your family. Plus, several men are frying Turkeys beforehand and your help is needed and wanted.
