Hi - I am not sure if this group is active but I have a serious concern so writing in.

In the last 2 months, I have had big rats come through the commode in the bathroom in the 1st floor flat.. The rats dash down through the commode and seem to be swimming In the drainage. I am really scared on the health hazard here.

We need the drainage/ sewage to be treated for rodents - who can I take this up with.
