Hi,

I attended the meeting today and suggested that we use the Kumar Picasso google group to communicate instead of ad-hoc mailing lists. Using the group email address will help preserve history of the conversation and also facilitate people who joined the group later to access earlier mails. 

We need to make sure that people register to this group and subscribe to messages. We also need to make sure that only the owners are registered to this.

This group is currently public. It needs to be made private.

I request that all society-related emails be sent to this google group even as we identify gate keepers of this group.

I second that I had made those suggestions quite a few times in last two years specially concerns on a publicly accessible to non members as well.
