Hello everyone,

this is my first year as a CIR in Kumamoto and because my predecessor Jessi planed some events for the Ezuko Festa last year, I was asked if I want to do so, too. This would be the first event I plan, so I have no clue where I shloud start. As I heard that some of you attended last year, I would be grateful for any piece of information, advice or idea.
