To ：Assistant Language Teacher,

     To whom it may concern

 

It is very nice to greet you through this email.

My name is Yuriko Kimura, at Prefectural University of Kumamoto.

We would like to inform you about our event of English class.

We will have a curriculum for the students who have chosen this class what is called “Intensive English 2015”, this is held for 2 weeks every summer.

The first week will be held on campus, and the last one will be in Amakusa.

In this program, we put them in English whenever, wherever, and whatever.

We hope to see their skill of English will be much brightened up in this scheme.

   We are planning to have a party on the first week, that would be so wonderful and helpful if you will be able to come over to our party.

Date and Place will be shown as below:

     Place:   Cafeteria on our campus

 

We are very sorry to say this that we can’t pay you even traffic cost.

But we are waiting for you with welcome meal like pizza, fried chickens, salads, and more.
