The last command looks like it's just a bad or busy server. I understand there are 5 of these keyservers, and sometimes you need to keep trying
to get a good server. However, I've tried 10-12 times over the past several hours, no joy.
Ideas?

I find ftp.egr.msu.edu to be fairly fast.
