What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. boot Kuliax until desktop environment loaded
2. run gtk+-based apps like synaptic, pidgin
3. you will see each apps font are big, just compare it with qt-based apps
What is the expected output?
GTK+ and Qt-based apps have the same font size for users and root
Clue:
.kde/env/* and .gtkrc-kde

.gtkrc-2.0-kde in /root/.profile is not exported by bash when executing
priviledged
programs like synaptic

${HOME} was valued "/" when run in d-i, so we change it to "/root" in
late_command, since this var is specific to root home
