What steps will reproduce the problem? What do you see?
1. Run kcm modules such as filesharing or netconf
2. You will see the OK, Cancel, and Apply buttons are hidden
What is the expected output?
The buttons should be displayed correctly with "default" window or
maximized window
What version of the product are you using?
7.0RC2
Please provide any additional information below.
Could the developers find workaround about this defect?

this is a "default feature" of kcm. maybe we can fix later, or no if we use
kde4, instead of kde3, in our next release ;-)
