Purpose of feature request on the next release:

most services in Kuliax are default off, users need to start and stop them
by executing launchers from K menu - System - Services

Resources that should be read by developer:

implementation can be done with desktop files for each services including:

apache2, arpwatch, bluetooth, cron, printer (cups, hpoj), mysql (mysql-ndb,
mysql, mysql-ndb-mgm, network-manager (+network-manager-dispatcher), samba,
ssh
