What steps will reproduce the problem? What do you see?
1. boot 7.0RC1 live system
2. you will see the message in some system, because gnome-panel-data is not
installed
this early warning in bottom script of live-initramfs package has been
fixed in 1.157.3-1.
What is the expected output?
smooth boot with no useless warning, it scares users :D
Clues?
do backport live-initramfs from testing and test it
