New issue 16 by esteween: system generates "old" motd.tail

What steps will reproduce the problem? What do you see?

1. Boot Kuliax 7.0RC2
2. login in virtual console (text)
3. we will get motd with "Debian" texts

What is the expected output?

motd has been customized but installed and generated incorrectly

Clues?

check base-files package and maybe we could find dependency packages that
produce motd.tail on boot, or modify the debian/rules

done. modify dpatch file to remove /etc/motd* and recreate motd.tail symlink
