Volunteering to Help Take Charge Challenge This Sat, June 4

The Take Charge Challenge is looking for volunteers to help with a
door-to-door distribution of compact fluorescent light bulbs to Lawrence
neighborhoods in need on Saturday, June 4th, from 10am-1pm. The Take
Charge Challenge is a friendly energy efficiency competition between
Lawrence and Manhattan, and the winning town will receive an energy
efficiency or renewable energy community project worth up to $100,000.
If you are available to help with this fun distribution of "green" light
bulbs on June 4th, please meet at the parking lot on Rhode Island St
between 11th and 12th Sts (near South Park) at 10 AM. Contact Margaret

Would love all of your help on Sat too! I know Kim and Nolan already
said they could help. I'll make a Facebook event by this evening too and
invite you all to spread the word that way. And probably a Local Burger
