Thursday, April 21st 11am-2pm : Free Bicycle Maintenance on Watson Lawn (RAIN OR SHINE!)
Join the Conservation Committee and Sunflower Outdoor and Bike as we provide free bike maintenance on Watson Lawn tomorrow! No catch, all you need is your bike! Also, receive free bicycle maps from the city!
Friday, April 22nd 2pm-3:30pm: Earth Day Celebration in the Malott Room in the Kansas Union
Join us as we celebrate Earth Day with an
update on the Campus Sustainability Plan. Members of the planning team
will present highlights from the plan and invite the campus community to
provide input as we prioritize strategies for creating a more
sustainable future for KU.
We will also be recognizing 2001 Green Office award recipients for their
efforts to green the workplace at KU.
Friday, April 22nd 5:30pm Wescoe Beach: Environs Earth Day Bike RideBring your helmet as Environs takse a casual social bike ride on Earth Day starting from Wescoe Beach. What a great way to to celebrate the earth!

Come help plant switchgrass around the sediment basin and clean-up the
lakeside. Please wear clothing and shoes able to get messy, bring a
water bottle, and we will provide snacks! This is the last work day of
the year and we need as many volunteers as possible. Thanks to all that participated in these events in the past!
