We learned in business that any company focus on its “competitive advantage” that will make great success. What do think that the Google’s “competitive advantage”. Do you think its unique search engine, free products and services, the ads on internet, or something else?

I think it is the wide range of products that google offers. There are so many different ones to choose from. You can see all of them here. They have made everything work well, and it is all easy to use and integrated with itself. They have continued their minimalist design across all their products, and only gave what you needed. That simplicity and ease of use is why i like it more than other similar services.
