Community Meeting Schedule Change

As discussed in the community meeting... the schedule for the community meeting still has challenges so we are proposing a change to take affect for the next meeting (scheduled for Mar 26, 2020) to have this meeting the 2nd and 4th Thurs. Looking for any challenges. Please send me a comment and we will consider the major of the community needs.
