which kernel for coming 12.4 release

I could not find the info on the Kubuntu announcement.

Which version of Linux kernel will be coming with the Kubuntu 12.4 ?

Or more generally is Kubuntu 12.4 the KDE version of Ubuntu 12.4
with the same version numbers for anything unrelated to KDE ?

With the latest updates came 3.2.0-20.

Yes, as always the versions of Kubuntu and Ubuntu are the same because
Kubuntu is the base system of Ubuntu with KDE as desktop instead of
Gnome/Unity.
