Prepare and update daily, weekly, monthly MIS and sales reports.
Continuous co-ordination with sales team on updating of sales figures.
Provide data inputs to the concerned as and when required.
Timely updating of schemes to the sales team.
Co-ordinate with national warehouse for timely booking and dispatch of Gen-sets.
Analyze various reports and facilitate sales teams with accurate trends.
Prepare presentations as and when required.
Preparation of review formats for four quarters in a year.
Send timely MIS, data and reports to sales head.
Handling of Sales Admin
Co-ordination in Branding & promotion activities analytically
As well as Purchase activity and MIS updating for the south zone.
Qualifications; Role Specific Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor / PG degree in Science or commerce Stream
Relevant work experience of 0 - 2 years
Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word and power-point and enterprise application software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
