Role : Sales Team Leader
Reporting to : Area Manager - Customer Development
Posting Location : Can be in any non-metro towns / district headquarters in South India.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Managing sales and distribution through a team of stockist / stockist salesmen / merchandisers in the allocated district.
2. Manage 6-10 stockists independently and strengthen Colgate Palmolive systems and processes in those stock points and markets.
3. Ensure better visibility of Colgate Palmolive products in the trade outlets through the team of merchandisers.
4. Increase direct company reach to smaller towns / villages / outlets.
5. Train the stockist salesmen
6. Ensure infrastructure compliance to company expectations at stock points.
Location : STL can be transferred to any location depending on company requirements. Candidates should be ready to relocate to any location at short notice.

Compensation Offered : 3.25 Lac per annum [ Fixed + Performance Linked Incentives ]
Selection Process : Presentation followed by interaction with students. Written Test / Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.
