A leading consultancy in India is looking for HR Recruiters with 1+year experiences for Coimbatore office. 

Key Skills Required : Recruitment , Head Hunting , Shortlisting , Screening , Hiring .... 

Job Description :

• Sourcing and Screening : 
• Optimal use of different sources like Using job-portals, networking, cold-calling, Headhunting etc. 
• Initial screening and short-listing of the candidates to create a candidate-job match in terms of Skills , Communication, Experience, Education.
• Coordinating with the Client & candidates for a smooth flow of selection process (Interviews/ test / and other rounds). 
• Once offered follow-up with the them to ensure joining.

Qualification : Experienced in related field with any UG & PG  can apply.
