virt-handler Init:CrashLoopBackOff

Hi,

I am installing Kubevirt as per : https://kubevirt.io/user-guide/operations/installation/

After following all installation steps, I execute command: kubectl get pods -n kubevirt

The ouput shows that virt-handler is in CrashLoopBackOff state.

kubectl get pods -n kubevirt

When I execute:

kubectl describe pod virt-handler-s7hzq -n kubevirt

I get following in the Events:

  Warning  DNSConfigForming  2m26s (x1054 over 3h37m)  kubelet  Search Line limits were exceeded, some search paths have been omitted, the applied search line is: kubevirt.svc.cluster.local svc.cluster.local cluster.local cm.cluster...........etc etc

I do not see any other events or errors.

The logs are not yet created as pod is still initializing:

kubectl logs virt-handler-s7hzq -n kubevirt

Error from server (BadRequest): container "virt-handler" in pod "virt-handler-s7hzq" is waiting to start: PodInitializing

Please let me know how can this issue be fixed.

There's been a lot of dns problems lately. Some users are having success using Fedora 32 as the Kubernetes/KubeVirt base os.
