[ndothan] windows2016 test fails when bumping qemu #15904[fossedihelm] asked Felix, but he didn’t have bandwidth yet, and he’s on PTO now
fossedihelm also doesn’t have bw for this, as do the others. all are focussing on getting prs merged before code freeze
can raise this again after code freeze, on Thu or Fri
