Prow migration

Hello everyone, we are going to migrate Prow control plane to a new cluster, starting in a few minutes. 

The process should not take more than two hours, during it the CI system will be unresponsive: new jobs will not be triggered, running jobs will not update status, slash commands like /retest or /lgtm will be ignored.

Once the migration is done, or if it is going to take more than the expected time, I'll send a message to the list.

The migration is done, you can start using the CI system as usual. If you find any issues please let us know.

As part of the migration the new entrypoint for prow is https://prow.ci.kubevirt.io/, there should be a redirect from https://prow.apps.ovirt.org/ to the new location, to keep links working.

It is just currently down.

Quick heads up, the redirection from https://prow.apps.ovirt.org/ to https://prow.ci.kubevirt.io/ is already working, let us know if you find any broken link.

There are issues creating some of the jobs, the fixes are in progress. I'll send a message when it's done.
